There is nothing proven in the way of all the listed uses on the bottle but always give the benefit of the doubt and will try anything that might help. Contempt prior to investigation won't give anyone awards. It's like talking smack and complaining about how uncomfortable a pair of shoes is that you saw and never tried on. So far, nothing has changed, improved, been removed, caused any reaction, or done anything either negatively or positively. But that does not mean a thing. I am here to review the ease of taking them, and state that there is no issue with the taste or smell to me, natural products can be a bit sketchy and I am well aware of that. I am also well aware of the fact that even a prescription med can take a while for its effects to show and have personal experiences as such. So, I won't go off the deep end saying things I know nothing about in their efficacy. Some love to do that. That's hard to do upon getting a new supplement, etc. So, time will tell! But I have had pretty good luck with these types of products and am hopeful about these.

This is the first time that I have actually heard of this product. I ordered it because it has a massive array of benefits according to the research that I've done. It decreases blood sugar; fights bacterial and fungal infections; lowers inflammation; it has antioxidant activity; protects the liver; it reduces pain and fever; and has anti-flammatory effects; it helps with arthritis; improves symptoms of ulcerative colitis; fights against worms and infections; it helps with throat infections; and it helps with asthma and cough... There is just a host of benefits that this product offers. Too many to mention in this review. I'm still uncertain how it's going to totally affect my body in the long run. While taking it, I am still doing research to see how effective this is going to be; because most herbal products have a handful of benefits, and not so many that you begin to wonder can it really be that effective on this many areas of our body? Can this product be too good to be true? I'm going to keep taking it, and if I start seeing some noticeable benefits, or even side effects, I'll come back and update my review.

In doing research online and on various health websites I found that the overall consensus is there’s no proven health benefits to this herbal supplement. Early evidence has shown the active ingredient Costus Arabicus might be helpful in treating infection of the intestines in children caused by a parasite but the disclaimer stated: “More evidence is needed to rate the effectiveness of costus for this use.” There are other ailments listed such as asthma, pain, cough, liver issues, the list goes on but again there is no proven evidence to support the treatment of any of these issues. This is an expensive supplement to be hoping it works. I rate one star and add this to all the other herbal supplements that promise healthy benefits but have no proof of actually working.

Easy to swallow. Great flavor. Great value for the money.

I started feeling a bit sick on a weds, so I started taking these. Thursday I was definitely sick, but not in a down and out sort of way. I was just a bit sleepy, and had minor fatigue. It didn't feel like a full blown cold or flu. Just minor symptoms. Friday I felt a bit better, and was able to move around a bit and get stuff done. Saturday, I was able to get up and about with life. I did still have a bit of a sore throat, but nothing uncomfortable. Just one that you notice when you're not occupied with other things. I don't know if I can attribute the minor symptoms to this product or to another reason. But i'm happy to take these supplements to provide my body with any sort of natural boost it can get. There is a bit of a strong flavor to it. Almost like seasoning. You don't taste it per se, but you get the essence of it as you swallow. Overall i'm pleased with this product.

It's a good product it worked for me. Does not taste bad, and helped me overcome my cold.

This has been used for centuries to treat many different maladies. It must have been somewhat successful or it would not still be in use. I am trying to treat my respiratory allergies which are troublesome right now, not really reacting well to regular allergy medication. I have just started taking it. It is easy to swallow and I have no complaints of bad side effects. I haven’t really noticed any difference yet but I’ve been taking this for two days. I know it may take longer to really be effective. I plan to continue taking this and will update this review if anything changes.
