Great treadmill!!! I was so impressed with how it was packaged. Attention to detail was amazing. It was extremely easy to set up, although it took a little longer than 15 minutes. It is the perfect size and has plenty of programs and functions., including incline which is a big bonus! It runs very smoothly and I love how quiet it is compared to my last treadmill. I have been using it consistently for one week now and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend it!

I’ve been using this treadmill for a few days and it’s been great so far. It was easy to set up and feels sturdy. It runs smoothly and quietly, which is perfect for home use. The display is simple and easy to read, and I like that it folds up to save space. The controls are easy enough for my kids to figure out and use. They love getting to walk on it too! Overall, a solid treadmill for the price and I’m happy with the purchase!!

Bought this treadmill in Decemeber 2025. Easy to assemble. So far very happy with it, but I would be interested to see how long the motor lasts etc. Cannot give 5 stars unless i see how long it last. It is a well designed product for someone who needs a solid and simple treadmill for home or apartment. The footprint of the treadmill (space occupied) is small, so ideal for a small room.

I had to replace a treadmill that I owned and used for 11 years before it gave up the ghost. I wanted a treadmill that I did not have to connect to the internet. Well, I chose the Borgusi because it was a great price, incline, various built in programs AND, as a bonus, built in Wi-Fi speakers. The new treadmill traveled all around the east coast and into the Midwest during the “ snowpocalipse” of 2026. When I finally received it, the package was damaged and I was worried. I assembled it as far as I could before discovering that a critical part had been damaged. I contacted the seller and they were VERY helpful and immediately sent out the part. I installed it and presto-zesto everything works perfectly. I would highly recommend this treadmill to anyone. The seller is very helpful too.

Amazing! After a long search for something sturdy and quiet, this model delivers on all fronts. This is sturdy, quiet, easy to use, easy to build, great design. Incline and speed controls on the arms. Better looking than the pictures I seen. Love it!

Absolutely worth it! We ordered this several months ago and use it quite often. When it arrived, it was well packed I was in awe at the time they spent to protect the item. When we unpacked, we were able to easily remove it from the box and assemble. The Borgusi was easy to assemble. blue tooth worked very well. The treadmill is smooth and quiet when we use the incline its very quiet too. Considering the quality of the treadmill the price is a steal. It's worth every dime spent and we'd buy this brand again. We used to buy a popular competitive, but this has them beat in my opinion.

The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their "5 step" approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen. After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund. Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her. I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including "great customer service"). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their "3rd party sellers" & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal. BUYER BEWARE I advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things

It’s really nice. It fits in my small room and has all the features I need for a great workout. It has a hydraulic walking slant, it calculates calories and it counts miles I’ve walked. Also time walked. I haven’t folded it yet and had someone else put it together. The arrival box is really heavy! But it didn’t take long to set it up. It’s very comfortable and I have room for my phone in front of me so I can listen to Scripture! as I walk. Try Ezekiel sometime, audio book by Amir Tsarfati. Amazing!
