For skinny girls who want it to look tight and define your waist, this is not tight enough. Wish it wear tighter and hugged my body more

I would size down if you're looking for compression. I'm 5'8" and this tank covered my entire ample bum and then some. I can't wear this under most pants because there is a weird gathering of fabric encircling my body at the upper thigh. It works under jeans and probably flowy dresses if I wore them. I can't understand why it's so dang long. I often have the opposite problem. It doesn't roll up at least. Fabric is nice. Arm holes are great, neckline is sufficient to cover the cleavage without feeling like a crew neck.
