what size labels are needed for this bottle?

I don't know specifically- long and skinny ones. But seriously, don't waste your money. These bottles aren't well balanced, fall over easily and the stoppers pop out. They aren't easy to fill - it has to be done slowly and the little funnel that's included is useless. Good luck.

Do i have to buy new corks after use?

No. Although you might want to. The corks that come with them have a very tight fit.
