These are very tasty and refreshing. I am an avid sparkling water drinker. I am one of the rare people that realized they enjoy the spiciness of soft drinks more than the sugar. So I am always on the hunt for a new spicy water to try. I was extremely happy to see one with adaptogens as I take these supplements at night to help with anxiety and sleep. They work well for me during the work day to offer gentle support during high stress situations and they taste great... 10000/10 recommend. If you have never tried monkfruit sweetener and are switching from sugar, this is a good product to try. I use monkfruit/allulose as my sweetener of choice for coffee and tea. I have to say that pure monkfruit is the closest to sugar with no detectable aftertaste to my palate. I am a recovering binge eater and Type-2 diabetic...gave myself diabetes binge-eating entire red velvet and chocolate cakes/cheesecakes during a difficult mental health time. That was an overshare but the point is I know and still eat real sugar just in moderation now. Hope this helps someone.

My hubby and I recently stopped drinking and we’ve been in the market for NA drinks. We tried Zerosecco (zero-proof prosecco) from Aldi and it was way too sweet. NA cocktails at bars and restaurants tend to lean sweet as well. Well we decided to try out Recess and to our surprise, it was very enjoyable! Guilt-free, not too sweet, and includes adaptogens and magnesium to help us relax. I would recommend this for people who don’t like sugary drinks, like us. We love Spindrift and plain sparkling mineral water so this was right up our alley. We will probably try their other flavors after finishing this case. So far, the Grapefruit Tangerine is my favorite.

Great way to calm down after a long, busy day. This drink just helps your mind and body feel like you’ve taken a deep breath.

Love them, I get them on repeat. Great flavors, nice to sip, non-alcoholic. They do make me feel like I have a nice drink and I'm relaxing. I don't really care for most carbonated beverages, I don't drink sodas, and I don't drink seltzer waters. These are a great in-between, not too sweet and just the right amout of flavor for me!

I got this because I’m 29 weeks pregnant and feel under a lot of stress. Normally I would have a glass of wine but of course can’t do that right now so I figured this would be worth a shot. My midwife has recommended Magnesium for my headache and recently told me to try B6 supplement for energy and sickness. I was pleasantly surprised to see these were 2 of the main ingredients. My best friend who recently quit alcohol came over and we had one together, we both enjoyed it and definitely got the calming feeling so overall it did its job! I see people complaining about the price, it’s definitely pricey! But for those who go out and drink this is easily one tab for one light night of drinking out on the town, so I think it’s all about perspective here. (Note: this is my experience and I’m definitely not trying to give medical advice for anyone who is or is not pregnant, please talk to your own doctor.)
