I bought one of the black shirts when it was on sale for about $9.00 . I six ft. tall and weight 150 lbs. I wear a medium shirt but I bought a large. When it arrived it fit perfect. But when I washed and dried it in the dryer it shrunk a little. It is a little snug now and the sleeves shorter. If I buy another one I would wash it but hang it up to air dry. It is a very comfortable shirt helps to keep me a little warmer.

Normally I love Fruit of the Loom undergarments. And normally there is not a lot of shrinkage. However, with this waffle thermal undershirt the shrinkage was a LOT. I ordered a large and after washing (in cold water) and drying on gentle my size large turned into a size small. I'm very disappointed.
