It's mic quality is worst sound quality is bad, if you are on calls you don't get to hear the voice from other side of the call it's that low, and now it's having different kind of issues like it reduces the sound to zero every time I connect it to the phone, so it's better not to buy such trash.It might sound cheap and value for money but it isn't when you don't get to hear the sound from it you don't get to connect properly with your device what's the use of it?

The media could not be loaded. It’s okay for the price , if they can improve it has to the ear speakers. I have to change the settings to get the louder , or if you are an android user you have to download the sound Equaliser app to increase the volume of this devise . And by default it comes as a Chinese audio and manual I don’t know how to change but there are there

Went for this as a cheaper option for just city commute and music!! When I opened and tested, felt like:1. There was kind of a glue or something or probably a refurbished item2. Music quality is not so great. Increasing the volume comes is noticable crackling noises3. Very bad controls. Clicking the the + button once should change increase the volume and long press should change the music track!! But here it is the opposite!4. Not user friendly
