The case is like you would see them on supermarket shelves where you would buy each individual box. Sometimes Amazon sells a case which has duo or quad packs of tissue boxes wrapped in plastic which are actually easy to store in loft out of external case and still keep clean. **Q: Why does it cost more per box to buy this 12 pack than it would to buy three 4 packs or six 2 packs?
