Honestly surprised by this coffee from India
Great coffee having only tasted monsooned coffee from India this is a surprising change. Tbh really like it was roasted just 3 days before I got it, so freshly roasted that it was a bit frustrating to get out some good expresso but having tasted good single estate Ethiopian and Chilean coffee side by side this sits in a really good roast level really brings out the rich hazelnut and honey undertones it’s not as very acidic as it has some Biscuit undertones really subtle but it’s there.

Just aroma no taste
When you open the packet you ll get a nice aroma. But when I grinded it and made coffee it has no taste. I increased the quantity of coffee that I grind still the taste of coffee was not coming out. Not expected from such an expensive coffee. Later on I noticed that even the aroma went off after 2 days of use. That means they add something else for the aroma, its definitely not coming from the coffee.

Great. I grind it into a fine powder for pour-over and coarse-ground French. I currently prefer the taste of pour-over. I'm still experimenting with how to make French taste better too.
