My skin does feel quite a bit softer after putting it on and it does eventually soak in as well so you don't have an oily feel to your skin all day like you can with some other oils that never do really soak in at all. I wish it was just a little easier to spread and melted a bit faster but honestly the quality is fabulous and I knew the texture of it going in so not a reason to deduct any stars, but if you don't like oil that has to melt and starts out quite firm, then this might not be the product for you. It's a harder consistency in the jar like other people mentioned; especially if your house is cold. You need to use your nail to scrape it out, but once it warms up, it turns into almost an oil! (see my video opening and using the product) I use it on my hair. Seems like a lot of trouble to use on body, as you'd have to warm up large amounts. It also doesn't smell like mango, which was disappointing. It as a neutral-ish scent that disappates once it's rubbed in. I like that it's raw/organic and one ingredient so that's why I'm leaving 4 stars.
