About the seller everything was flawless and smooth, the product was well protected and delivered really fast, on half of the expected time. I'm really satisfied. Review: It was recognized and I was able to immediately enable in the BIOS. I downloaded the install guide that rambled on and on about proper activation and firmware uploads etc which seemed intimidating. However, this "S" model for "Server" boards (e.g. Xeon CPU), came pre-configured. To confirm: Yes it works with Xeon "D" CPU's like 1541.
