**Q: How can this be calorie free when the nutrition label shows 8g of carb per serving and carbs are 4 calories for 1g?**
A: Carbohydrates from Erythritol are not absorbed by the body so do not add calories. Erythritol is a natural sweetener, produced by a fermentation process.  Erythritol is also found in fruits like grapes and pears.

**Q: are there any artificial/unhealthy sweeteners in Truvia???**
A: Hi! Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener is made from stevia leaf extract, erythritol, and chicory root fiber.  Stevia leaf extract is extracted from a natural source, the leaf of the stevia plant. Erythritol is produced by a natural process called fermentation. It is also found naturally in some fruits such as grapes and melons. Chicory root fiber is sourced from the root of the chicory plant. We hope this helps!

**Q: Is this the same as the container of spoonable truvia?**
A: I don't think so.  It's spoonable, but the monk fruit is not as sweet as regular Truvia, and this has a more bitter taste.  I won't be purchasing the monk fruit variety again.

**Q: Can this be used to make frozen yogurt and ice cream in place of sugar?**
A: Hello! Truvia Sweet Complete works great in your favorite homemade ice-cream recipes and the measurement remains the same. When you take your ice-cream out of the freezer, we recommend letting it sit out on the counter for several minutes or even microwaving it for 10-20 seconds to help soften. We hope this helps!
