Is the propolis inside the capsules supposed to be rock hard? When I take them, they are coming out "the other end" hard and still intact!

As far as I can tell it should be a tightly packed brownish powder but not rock hard. As with any other med, it should dissolve completely.

What does this product do for you?

I only purchased one time....The bottle says "mega strength" ...No such thing....it's either full or not.... I just wasn't sure how legitimate the product was. How big are the capsules- I cant swallow Large capsules

The capsules are standard capsule size (not tiny ones like with benedryl, for instance). Use jello or large glass of water and relax your throat as you swallow. If you can't do that, this product also comes in liquid tincture form, however the taste of the liquid is VERY unpleasant. Otherwise it comes in a huge oblong tablet, which is difficult for anyone to swallow... stick to these. They're well worth it. Smooth and easy.

The capsule is made of cellulose.
