I have the white power bank and I did not have to use the MagSafe ring. MagSafe feature is excellent with and without a MagSafe case (iPhone 15 Pro Max). Wireless charge is fast. Straight out the box, 2 hour charge to 100% when phone battery was on 10% (Also charged from 28% to 50% in about 13 minutes). Phone does get warm but not hot. I have had to return a few "thin" wireless chargers because of them making my phone extremely warm to touch. So far it's worth the money but will update review if any issues less than a month from now.

I thought that would have magnet inside just like original apple wireless power bank but no. It comes with a magnet ring which you have to stick on the phone but I just put it in the phone case as I don't want to stick on my phone. But even then , it does not adhere strongly as the magnet is weak and it is not able to hold the weight of the power bank . so you can't carry the phone while charging the phone without holding the phone and power bank together. But it is useful if you want to charge your phone wirelessly. I am not confident to recommend it though I won't be returning it .I increased my review to 4 stars for their customer service. The seller reached out to me and offer the satisfactory service. So I am satisfied with their customer care . If you use MagSafe case, you should be ok.

I bought one of these last year and took it on vacation. It was fantastic. My husband left it somewhere. I bought a replacement in November to take on a trip we leave on this Wednesday. I went to use it and it was not charged. I tried again and realized that when I plug it in the cord falls off on the end that attaches to the charger. I tried several cords, it falls out of all, so the hole in the charger must be too big. This was not the case in the other one. Total waste of money and too late to get another one before my trip. I suppose I should have tried it but the one we lost is the SAME item, used the buy again option, and this one is garbage.

Bought this for my S10+. Didn't know it would work but found out that it really does! So I'm very happy about that. So if you're wondering if it'll work on android , it does as well as work for an iPhone ofcourse. Only time will tell if this product lives to its expectations. I hope that I didn't get shipped a defective one like the rest of the people on here. Fingers crossed 🤞. So far so good, but I will see in a couple of days how this charger is doing and if it can keep up with me. Other than that, very nice charger, beautiful. It's nice. I chose white. What I really like is that it came with a magnet sticker so you can charge it wirelessly. The magnet is strong as well. This battery holds charges well. I like the pouch that came with it. The string attached to it is good so I dont lose my charger. The phone ring holder is also a nice addition. It came with a usb to usb-c charging cable that came with it. By the way, I would have added more pictures for you guys, but says on here this: "sorry we can't add files of this format to a review". So, amazon issue.

This product starts off poorly due to inadequate directions!! It is difficult to understand how to attach it to your phone. It is not very user friendly. I cannot review its value because I never got it to stay on my phone.

Love this portable battery, has a long battery life, and charging power— Have purchased and given as gift - Functions well and is dependable- perfect size and weight! Great value and gives extra peace of mind that you won’t run out of power when taking many photos on vacation!!

Everything seems great so far. I have a MagSafe case and also another one that wasn’t MagSafe but had a card sleeve, it worked great of course with the MagSafe case but when I tried it out with the other it would charge through the case but wouldn’t stay attached. I read all the reviews before purchasing and some reviews had pics with the reviews showing where they dissatisfied because it wouldn’t hold to the back of their iPhone without its case. The problem was they were not attaching the metal ring to the back of their phone. So yeah just follow directions and it should be fine!!! I do highly recommend!!!
