I had to drill large holes in the bottom to get my tv cables installed. Would have been nice if the manufacture had knock out options on the bottom. I like this box a lot and it will last for years.

I ordered this, and a replacement. They were both missing the 4 wall mounting tabs. I ordered the identical item from the manufacturer, iron forge, and it came with the mounting tabs.

A 10 circuit terminal block fits inside. It attaches to the backing plate after switching screws to flat head. Great in marine applications.

This is an 'okay' box but has issues many users won't want to deal with.The latches are flimsy and will likely break off with repeated use.But the biggest drawback is that the box is completely solid and has no holes or knockouts for bringing in cables. That means to use it as a junction box you have to drill your own holes and figure out a way to seal them. Other brands have provisions for incoming cables.The one good feature of this box is the mounting plane will hundreds of holes so you can screw in any component.

This box works perfect for my needs.

Well built. I had to drill a hole in one end for a power cord, but was easily done with a hole saw bit.

I use this box for containing my 10A battery that powers my Kayak's fish finder. This box has a nice grid on the inside bottom that I tie my battery to with nylon ties. A Water proof rubber grommet passes through the cable to the fish finder. This box is in the hold of my Hobie Mirage-drive kayak, so it does not typically get super wet - this is more to be sure I don't have a water issue with a LiIon battery. The box is big enough so that if I want so step up one notch in battery power, I can do that without getting a bigger box.This is a much cheaper alternative than getting a purpose built box for the Kayak, especially since it is sheltered.

These electric boxes are junk after twice in the sun, They warped and the door will not seal ,do not recommend.
