We bought the Liquidiamond knife a few weeks ago.I was skeptical at first but the Liquidiamond knife really is a premium knife! The knife is extremely well balanced. It is very comfortable in my hand. It is definitely a very sharp knife, and the liquidiamond material on the edge is a game changer.My Calphalon knife is old and really clumsy. The Cutco knife was definitely an upgrade from the Calphalon.
