Trasparenze Sara 20 Den Silky Stockings

Very nice basic stockings. "Basic" not in the negative sense--just no-frill, good, sturdy, comfortable, everyday hosiery. I moved to a really informal city recently and had a hard time finding decent stockings here, so I was glad to see Amazon started carrying these. Transparenze is a great brand, thank you. I'm 5'7" with a bit of a butt and thighs, and I got the stockings in large, just to be on the safe and comfortable side. It was a good choice, although I think I could go back down to medium when I lose a little weight. (I'm around 145 right now.) I do wear my stockings rather "high," though--hooked to a Rago open-bottom girdle--so I need a little more length than if I were wearing it with a garter belt that has long straps. I'm super-pale and the champagne is a beautiful color on me: it looks fairly natural but still has enough color to cover up my blotchiness. I got the black as well, which is a nice shade of black--reads very true, not one of those blue- or green-blacks. The Sara stockings have good reinforcement at the toe, none at the heel (but I don't really need that), and a soft yet sturdy band at the top. Not super-smooth or shiney, but soft and not at all scratchy.

I am 5'9", with a long inseam and these are quite short. I love the quality, but I am not sure these are for tall, leggy girls. The picture is misleading, or the model in the photo is 5' tall. I might go back and get the larges, but we shall see. I can't attest to the durability bc I pushed my long japanesy finger nails through them on the first night, totally my drunken fault, not the quality. Update: I loved the quality of these stockings so I wasn't going to just write them off bc there are so many other crappy stockings on here, and I have yet to find a decent one, so I ordered them in a Large as I said above. They fit perfectly, maybe a teensy bit long, but I am NOT complaining. They are beautiful, soft, high quality and sexy. This is now my preferred stocking brand and I have more from this company on order. Don't buy them small. If you're on the edge, size up! These are well worth the cost.

How can you rate stockings ? Well, if you actually manage to find some at big box stores that dont have the rubber self hold up stuff that never holds up and, yup, I have a dozen pairs and don't wear them. Anyways … real stockings for garter belts, I could never find them, so tried online and found these Italian ones, I thought, yikes, thats a lot, but how often do I wear them, and they aren't worn out side my house except for dinner and events anyway, so should last. They are SO different than store bought, very smooth, soft, fine knit. Not much I can say except, yes, worth the money for quality ones for those special nights. I bought the white and black. Now sizing, being 5-10, I didnt know exactly the size, but tall and x-tall seems to be the right length, I know in the US the tall/x-tall would be insanely long. If you are 5-5, getting the small ? They might be too short, so read reviews / product site and check sizes first.

Nice looking and comfortable stockings. You do need a guarder belt for these. These do have a visible reinforced toe so not for sandals but work great anything closed toe which is why the 4 and not 5 star

Love these stockings. Not binding at the top and toes not to tight. First time wearing these hose was all day about 12 hours and they stayed in place without sliding down the leg and you can wear them as high up the leg as you want too. My problem is that my garter belt straps are to long to where they sit lower than I like. But that’s a problem that can be fixed pretty easily. I will be buying these stockings again for sure. It’s like wearing pantyhose without the panty and thi highs without the binding silicone tops. Update on initial review: I’ve been wearing these hose a couple years now and has become the only stockings I’ll buy except for the Pennac back seam stockings for special occasions. I easily wear these for long periods of time and usually wear everyday. I’ve only bought 8 pairs in two years and still have 6 pairs. Sara stockings are very durable and comfortable. There is some care on your part to have them last. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for stockings to purchase. THESE ARE THE BEST FOR THE MONEY OUT THERE.

I am in love with these stockings. I'm 5'4", 120 lb and I bought the Black, medium which fit me perfectly - snug, but not so tight that they create a bulge. They are completely sheer when they are on, and they work perfectly with a garter, creating a super-sexy look with a mini-skirt or by themselves. And the price is fantastic, too! I bought these for a boudoir shoot, but I've been wearing them day-to-day and they are holding up very well. Great stockings!

Great customer service

I am surprise that these stockings were pretty short, but since I am only 4'11" they fit me perfect. Feels nice and smooth. Looks great on the legs... except upon putting them on, I notice some streaks. At first I thought they were scratch marks, but at closer examination, I noticed that there were clumps in the netting causing it to have small black streaks about 1-2cm long on both stockings along the upper thigh area. Even my cheap $2 stockings from China don't have these streak marks. For the price I paid, I am disappointed about the defect. I don't know if this is normal with this brand, but I would not buy them again for that reason.

This cost more but is sooooo worth it! I'm glad I read the other reviews and decided to buy them. They are: Fantastic quality, very comfortable to wear, good thickness and coverage across the whole leg, lovely colour. They look stunning if your out somewhere special and they also look stunning and fit in with work wear. They don't feel cheap or look cheap. I will definitely be buying more.

Die weißen Straps-Strümpfe wurden sehr gut verarbeitet und das Material ist von hoher Qualität. Diese sind angenehm zu tragen bzw. fühlen sich auf der Haut sehr angenehm an. Da sich die Strümpfe dehnen, passen sie von der Größe her perfekt! Ich bin total zufrieden mit dem Kauf und würde diese Strümpfe sofort wieder bestellen.

La calza è molto bella e piacevole da indossare. Le misure di riferimento vanno bene: sono alta 1,72 e la misura L che ho scelto mi va bene. Consegna puntualissima, ottimo servizio, quindi consigliabile. Spero più avanti di trovare i due colori che attualmente non erano disponibili.
