Key takeaways for me were that over the course of utilizing these products, one could potentially walk away with an increase of testosterone that's potentially up to 30%. But a lot of other factors had to be accounted for to ensure that your T levels are already as high as you can possibly make them (working out, proper nutrition, sleeping well). Trying to focus on heavier workload training, that interested me greatly! I've been busting my ass as hard as I can naturally, running marathons on my own time and trying to increase my workload and weight I can push during the downtime. It's difficult trying to tackle two entirely different forms of exercise but I have found it worthy of time investment. It's a matter of time investments and ensuring rest before I stack too much fatigue on my body. I've taken this supplement, Tongkat and Fadogia Agrestis, for coming up on three weeks before I hit my deload. From what I've read, you take 2 pills for 5 days and give it 2 days of rest. 5 on, 2 off, and every fourth week is a week you take off. Perfect, I've adapted my workout to something extremely similar so it fit right into my schedule! Currently I'm on my deload week where the volume, intensity and weight is decreased to give my body more time to recover, and on this I'm also setting aside the supplement. I have felt incrementally more energy within the first two weeks of taking the supplement. I have read that it takes about 3 weeks before you would really begin *feeling* it, but either through my mind pushing harder or some type of placebo effect taking place, drop set days have been a struggle but I can say I sincerely felt stronger those days! 3 weeks in, and I have felt great! This product is affordable, and I'm interested in testing it and seeing if I can continue to improve my athleticism. I might update review as I continue, but I'm hoping to be able to report even more improvements after 3 months, potentially up to a year! For now though, I wholeheartedly would say do as much reading as you can because it is only beneficial to understand what you're putting in your body, but I have had a lot of positive results thus far!

I was a little doubtful that anything will work as good as the real thing as I have tried several other testosterone booster supplements and other brands fadogia supplement to no avail. Also I was dispointed with the previous low potency but higer pricing product... After reading the reviews and browsing Thalacy brand about the Fadogia agrestis and tongkat ali this product has, I've decided to give it a try and buy one bottle. I've never felt more alive and fresh! This product gives me such a nice boost of stamina, endurance, happiness I can't find words to describe it. No dizziness, no headaches, my stomach felt great! Besides, I have been taking these for a few weeks now and notice a good boost in stamina at work as I usually start to get tired around noon. With these I power through noon without feeling much fatigue. After work I like to get in the gym and will take a capsule on my way there. In the gym I notice an increase in vascularity and circulation as my pumps & strength are amazing! I will never regret that i got this fadogia and tongkat ali supplement. Highly recommend.

Great product, helps with every day energy to get to your daily tasks done. Helps a lot during your workouts and everyday lifting! Pills are easy to swallow and no after taste. Love this product

I bought this to check it out, and it wasn't too bad. I would take it in the morning before workouts on an empty stomach, which would help with my energy and performance. I didn't notice any side effects of anything, but one good thing is (and this could have all been in my head) it had me feeling ready to go whenever if you know what I mean. I will purchase it again.

I’ve been on this for about 3/4 months now off and on for testing purposes, I can say it is not placebo it is not false advertisement. I was originally told about the supplements from Andrew Huberman and did not expect much but decided to take the jump, these pills give me more energy, a genuine feel of increased testosterone (not tested), and the biggest thing is the lack of soreness and increased recovery time. The pills are slightly large but easy go get down and worth every penny, game changer for people trying to get into lifting and being more active as my roommates newer to the scene are already feeling and looking much better as well as much stronger, with creatine, pink Himalayan salt, and vitamins. Feels like brain and body is 10/10. Recommend subscribing, we have these on rotation.

After researching Fadogia Agrestis and Tongkat Ali, this was the first brand I purchased. I wasn't sure what to expect (if anything) but it took about a month to start noticing improvement in both my energy levels and overall performance at the gym. After a little over 2 months, I'm down 9 pounds, lost a satisfactory amount of body fat, have leaner muscle tone, and have had incremental increase in strength at the gym. I ended up trying different brand the first month I ran out, as I was just curious to compare, but it didn't yield the same results, so I ended up going back to my original choice. As a man in his early 40's, my best overall feedback would be to definitely incorporate clean eating with consistently staying active if you're considering adding supplements into your everyday lifestyle. I can't credit this supplement alone in regard to the improvement in my athletic performance and weight loss, as I take multiple supplements daily, but it definitely does work for me personally, and I will keep this in my daily routine.
