Not a twist up liner
I love the color but it’s not a twist up liner like I thought it was, so you have to buy a sharpener separately and try to make it work

I love this lip liner! It lives true to the name and the color is beautiful. It doesn't dry out your lips and lasts all day!

The pencil will not screw up at all. I used it once, and it appears that will be the first and last time I will be able to use it since I’m unable to bring up more of the pencil to use.Other customers are having this problem as well.
