This is definitely helping with the bloating I experience as a coeliac.

This has helped me no end I have had many tummy problems and this get everything back on track, I would just say don't touch the actually tablet as it has a aroma that stays on your hand so instead tip into the lid and out in your mouth from there I seen a difference in under a weak I had better energy levels and was sleeping much better with less trapped air in my tummy hope this helps as much has for me

I bought these in the hope that it would help my constant back pain, bloating and constipation. Tests for bowel C came up negative but I have been uncomfortable for a while nowwhich was getting to me. The pills are a bit hard to swallow in my opinion and like everyone says they do have a pungent smell but only of you get it on your hands. Just put it in your mouth with a big glug of water and its fine. The first day I gassed up something rotten and had tummy pain, but after that everything seemed to clear and the pain I was suffering subsided and I feel so much better hardly any bloating at all now. This definately is the best probiotic I have used, its lovely to be pain free. I stopped using it for abot 2 weeks and my symptoms started to creep back again, started taking them again and I am relieved again so it definately works.

I've given you five stars because the stats are good for butyrate.

The smell didn’t seem right to me :( so didn’t risk taking

It smells really foul but it is due to the nature of that substance rather than the product is off. Nearly finishing that bottle sadly with no much improvement.
