Don't let that deter you, though, because this splint really heals trigger finger! **Q: How would I know which size to purchase?** A: This is adjustable so I bought the large/xlarge because I have very long, thin fingers and the straps to hold it on can be pulled tight. **Q: i want to love this but where the velcro is sewn on it sticks out and rubs my other finger. Anyone deal with this?** A: I don't have this problem but here's a suggestion: attach the Velcro before you slip the splint on.
