I’m not over 40, I’m late 30’s but I eat an extremely strict diet since I’m allergic to many major food groups. Corn being one of them. I mention this because gelatin is derived from corn, and ironically I do not get an allergic reaction to these capsules. I get allergic reactions to other capsules, but not these. So that is quite interesting. I would based on that say they are telling the truth about their ingredients not being GMO. Overall, I’ve taken them about 5-weeks and felt a lot better, I work out everyday and have noticed a difference in how I feel and operate. I am getting ready to buy another bottle; plus the quantity of the bottles is nice, and you get a slight discount if you buy the 360 quantity. I say for mid, late 30’s and forward this is the vitamin for you. Little extra info; my mom turned me on to these because she uses the womens version. Doses of some vitamins seem a little high. Remember, the kidneys, liver and the rest of the body has to filter out what we put into our system. I’m sure the quality is good. I trust this brand.
