I use for multiple things, not just yoga, it’s nice and thick I used it to lay on the floor and fix my table and gaming chair and to get under hard to reach places when I don’t want lay directly on the floor. it’s soft enough not to hurt my back very well put together strong material.

For the price it’s not bad. Is nice and soft to comfortably do poses on my hardwood floor! Slip resistant. Can cover my height I'm 5'3 for reference. Durability I've only had it for like a good few months but it's fine so far. If I ever repurchase I'll probably update this, but for now I'm pretty satisfied for the quality at the price I got it.
