I have been using another product for several years and it was OK. I came across this and thought I’d give it a try. No comparison really this is the best product I found so far. It’s a little thicker and will hold more of the mess. Enough said.

It's important to know that these are made of a more rigid, and scratchy material compared to a typical cotton round. They actually made my condition worse because they have a sand paper effect. Movement throughout your normal activity causes contact abrasion with the pad and your very sensitive areas. Also agree with others that the size is a bit too large, which contributes to the movement and adverse effects. they might be better if they were offered in different sizes. All in all there is no possible justification or value at $20 per package for what is simply a big cotton round. I would recommend shopping for large cotton rounds as a alternative... much softer and cheaper.

Yes, butts can be messy. These little pads have made a huge difference, though. I had a problem with fecal leakage, thsnks to medication and dietary changes. It's not something I'd wish on anyone - even my worst frenemies! These pads tuck between the cheeks, and they effectively prevent fecal matter from ending up where you don't want it. If you have hemorrhoids or need anal medication, you can apply it to the pad. Easy! I use zinc ointment to prevent skin irritation - I can apply it to the pad, too. These pads have cut down on my laundry, and because they're easy to use/change, I don't have to worry about odor. They don't show, even under leggings, though I haven't tried wearing my thong panties with them (and probably won't). A package of 60 can last a while - or not. At approximately $0.50 per pad, you may find them a bit costly. It depends on your issues/usage. Set off against the reduction in laundry, the alleviation of stress, and the prevention of damage to my clothes, I think they're worth it! I found these somewhat irritating when used without ointment for skin protection. I'm not sure what they're made of, but they're fairly thick - for comfort and protection. They are NOT flushable, though, which is why I gave them less than 5 stars.

Nice thick and comfortable. After having radiation treatment on my prostate, after about 6 months I needed these to help keep things under a measure of control. Be careful though as I have read on Google that these pads are not to be flushed away.

The absorbency is great and they do exactly what they say for mess control. However, I found the material a little stiff/scratchy after a few hours of walking. They work best if you’re using an ointment to provide a bit of a barrier. Great concept, just wish the cotton was a bit softer

These are not that great. They constantly fall out and they are not soft

These stay in place - wish they made them bigger then they would be perfect. I am going to buy again these seem to be the best.
