I ordered these just to try and see whats different about the grilling planks....I have used these planks in the oven as well as in the grill . These work really well and i am happy with the purchase.Planks have rough edges that might hurt your hands... out of 12 , I could not use 4 planks at first because of the rough surface but I could not return  as I had already used some of them.
