It is recommended that you use ECO actuator controller to achieve automatic return function **Q: For the 10” stroke version, what are total extended and retracted lengths, including the brackets?** A: Its total extended length is about 24.5inch ,and retracted length is about 14.5inch ,the brackets are included. **Q: I got mine new, wired up to 12 20 amp supply, will not turn, if limit switch on both end how to turn on the motor ?** A: There’s two wires a positive and negative. Hook to a 12v battery and it should move . Reverse the wires and it should move the other way. You will have to get a on/off/on switch to operate. **Q: Why does my actuator stop actuating and start pulsing?** A: Mine is doing the same thing. It worked fine for a few days, now it starts starts pulsing and eventually stops moving altogether.
