I'm still giving it 5 stars, because, it is a good product, I just learned a couple things I didn't know before taking it. I have random alergies to certain things, never been around safron, to know how ingesting it would affect me, so while all the bennifits it can help with were true and good for me, if you have any alergies at all, or any to flowers/herbs, keep that in mind before buying safron. I was taking it for a couple weeks, when I realized not only were my asthma issues worse all of a sudden but, I was also having nazel congestion that wouldn't seem to leave, I really thought, I had a sinus infection. then, I thought, wait, wonder if it's possible, safron could be my problem, it is something new I'm taking and sure enough, I read, ingesting it if you have alergies to flowers or certain things, can cause, nazel congestion and might affect other things. so, I stopped taking it yesterday. not trying to run anyone off safron at all, just sharing my experience, if you deal with asthma or major alergies or any to flowers and herbs, you might want to find some other all natural thing to try, to help with some of the same perks safron has.

Update! It’s Feb 25 and I got this a little over two weeks ago. I’m down 6lbs (from 172 to 166, 5’8”) from last week bc it is still suppressing my appetite. I’m only walking one mile a day, 5 days a week. Nothing too hardcore yet. Original post February 9: I’m not sure how to explain this but I’ll do my best. I took my first dose this morning at 9am and had a normal breakfast eggs and potatoes around 930. Somewhere around 1130 I started to feel really happy. I’ve been stressed out at work lately because of several mean women there, and nothing they said bothered me. If this is how happy normal people feel, I am very jealous that this is how we are supposed to feel! This explains really smiley people, this must be how they feel. It’s almost like how happy I feel when I drink white wine, but without having to drink to achieve it, if that makes sense. I have not a care in the world. Around 1230 a car sped past me with a loud exhaust and almost hit me, which would normally make me very upset. Scared the crap out of me. I was still able to react quickly and avoid it, but I was not as upset as I normally would be on the road. Then around 1pm I got hungry per usual, but then I took my second dose and that went away. I ate a much smaller meal for lunch because I just didn’t feel the need to eat a lot. And still feeling very happy now at 2pm. I’ll update review after a week but it affected me immediately the first few hours of the first day. Also I don’t feel jumpy or antsy, it just feels like calm elevated energy with a smile. No shakes

I am really enjoying this product so far. I have only been taking this for about one week now and when I take it I can tell my mood is better and I have more energy. I am very pleased with this Saffron Extract and will be purchasing another bottle very soon. It really helps your mood!!!

I started this product 3 weeks ago. I’m taking 1 pill each morning and doing a 16/8 fast. Where I fast for 16 hours a day and eat whatever I want in 8 hours. I cheat 1 day a week on purpose. The first week I noticed no difference. I gained 2 lbs. The second week I did notice I wasn’t nearly as hungry and I am craving water! I never crave water! I lost 2 lbs. The third week I struggled with boredom eating. I only did the 16/8 fast for 4 days instead of 6. I still lost 1lb. I will buy another bottle and continue my journey. I also suffer from anxiety and depression which I have read that this pill is suppose to help. I’m not sure if it has helped with that or not. I think it’s still to early to tell. I have had no other symptoms other than not being hungry and craving water. The pill is easy to take and doesn’t have a smell.

I expected to need a couple weeks before this gave me the appetite reduction and energy boost i bought it for but im on day 2 and i feel no hunger. This is gonna be a game changer for my QoL during my fasting. I will update if i buy it again (if these results continue i will for sure). Update: after trying this brand i bought a different one with a purple label and a higher dosage. It did not work nearly as well as these ones. Bought these again and im back to not being very hungry. I can even tell the difference in the capsules. The new ones i bought were no where near as orange tinted as these were. I think they were super diluted. Hubby and I were losing weight like crazy on these, im eager to see the lbs start melting off again. We eat less than 1k cals/day and dont feel like we are starving ourselves. Lesson learned, if it aint broke dont fix it. I will stick with this brand from now on.

I only need one pill and it's working great for like 6-7 hours. Mood and energy boost. Would be good to take before manual labor. Adding this to my polygana tenu. rotation.

I like the packaging. It’s easy to open and get the capsule out as well as having it be so it doesn’t all tumble out. I have one capsule in the morning and one at night and I have noticed a lift in my mood. I have repurchased this twice now and I will do so again. Thank you.
