Why does it hum/buzz? none of my other lights do this

Is this non-dimmable bulb installed in a fixture that is dimmable? I found changing bulbs to dimmable bulbs stopped the hum. I don’t find any plant lights that are dimmable.

Does this bulb get hot to the touch?

The heat generated from any LED is almost not even worth mentioning. It'll be lukewarm when turned on and the second you turn it off, it's cool to the touch.

Which is better, this one or the GE seeds and Greens bulb?

They seem pretty comparable, I really don't see much difference. Will have to wait and see which perform better over time.

How much uv (uv-a, uv-b, and uv-c) does this light emit?

Uvc is dangerous and kills everything , It’s not on the packaging UVA is a feature on high end grow lamps $200-1000 range true full spectrum , this one I think has something close to that range 200/300nm UVB is something that isn’t offered only sun produces that, It’s sufficient for house plants but I think it’s too little light for watermelons, squash or bananas.
