My bariatric surgeon recommended zinc gluconate and I couldn’t find it in any local pharmacies. He has me taking this daily and we are both very pleased. It is easy to swallow and does not cause any stomach upset.

Product as described. I’m taking zinc for the immune and skin benefits. I first took this on an empty stomach and had stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea-but it was my fault. THESE SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. Now I am sure to take them after my biggest meal which is usually lunch. No problems since then. I will take these for 4 months then take a month off and then begin taking them again. I take Celtic salt as well to get trace minerals that can be diminished when taking supplements.

I bought this to take as a daily supplement. It’s twice as much zinc in an easy to swallow capsule. My previous zinc supplement came in large, dry tablets that were not easy to swallow and had half as much zinc in them. These are a good value, and I will definitely buy them again.
