Worked like it said. Great energy levels, digested just fine, gave pain relief to my knees, very easy to use. Caveat was, their subscription plan was a death grip, so I stopped it.

Works great. My husband says that his knees feel so much better after starting this. We have been buying this for about a year now. The only thing negative that I can think of is that when you handle the pills, your fingers turn yellow.

I'm persuaded that the anti-inflammatory properties of this supplement are adequate for me, so I guess that's the main thing. I also like that it includes the black pepper (helpful with absorption) and ginger (which I'd just as soon get from actual ginger root; I like it, but it's not faithfully a part of my daily diet.) I switched to this from a random brand of 500mg capsules taken morning & evening. Didn't think I needed even that full gram, so I only take one of these pricey pills each day, allowing the bottle to last me 3 months. Goes down easy for me and, at the reduced dosage I'm taking (or even at 1000 mg/d) I'm not bothered by GI ill effects. I've not had the same experience as some have with broken open capsules spewing orang mess everywhere, but there is indeed a fine dusty coating on each pill which, before I realized that is what was staining my hands, led me to wonder if I hadn't gotten careless with a yellow highlighter or -- worse -- was becoming jaundiced! My entirely unaffected sclerae (whites of the eyes) reassured me that it was just powder from the turmeric. I do think the calamity of this staining business is a bit overblown, though -- the bright yellow mostly washed off my hands with soap & water, and any residual discoloration faded without incident. Now I just take care to minimize skin contact and not to handle anything else after dosing until I wash immediately. Not that big a deal for me, so I've only ding-ed it one star re: the "mess factor." I'm satisfied enough at this point to order another bottle. Your mileage may vary.

I have ordered this 3 times. We take it once a day and it is amazing. The tumeric actually works on the inflammation in the body. I totally feel a difference. It is easy to swallow. Very effective with pain management

With regular use it really helped with joint pain

Works for inflammation. I used it before I had my hip replacement. It helped me to cut back on the OTC pain killers.

Such a mess! So annoying! I’ve purchased Qunol brand turmeric 3 times now, both in the store and online. And each time the bottles and capsules are really messy, turmeric dust gets on fingers, and stains things. Capsules don’t seal well and so they open inside bottle and spill turmeric dust all over the other capsules and inside of bottle. Careful when taking them, turmeric stains clothing and discolors countertops, and pill cases. So messy. It doesn’t have to be this way, other turmeric supplements don’t have this issue. I’m thinking I’ll go back to a different brand even if it costs a little more because at least I won’t accidentally stain my clothes, etc which ends up costing me. Also just a real annoyance to have to be so careful and deliberate each time I want to open the bottle and take them, because of the mess! And I’ve stopped putting them in my pill organizer because they get bright orange turmeric dust on EVERYTHING, the other pills/supplelents, all over the pill organizer, and spilling out onto my countertop and inside my cupboard. I hope Qunol finds a better way to secure the capsules so they don’t leak so much. Other brands don’t seem to have this issue, so I know it’s possible.
