Fit a 250 gallon IBC tote perfectly. Combined with a heater it's keeping our water liquid in temps down to 0⁰ with no issues.

This is one of those, "is it good enough for the price" questions. Fundamentally, does it function, yes. Does the velcro close, yes. Does the zipper zip, yes. Does it fit well, yes. Is it made of questionably thin material that may only last a couple of years, also MAYBE yes. In short it does the job, the value for the price is there, I just expect I'll be buying some more in a few years to replace them as they take a beating in the weather and sun.
