Great to use during your menstrual cycle
I researched this tea and it’s great for toning the uterus as well as for menstrual discomfort. Luckily I don’t get major cramps but i do have light cramps on the first day. Drinking this tea helps. I drink 1 cup daily while I’m menstruating. Tastes really good with or without honey.

Great product, but if you have previous history of fibroids or endometriosis you may want to check with your OBGYN before usage.
It seems to work wonders! I could actually feel my uterus going through some things after a few day of use. I guess the contractions and muscular toning had begun. However, I have a previous history of severe fibroids. After use of this product for a week, I began to experience slight pains and re-read information online regarding the usage of this product with fibroids. The information stated that they would not recommend usage for people with endometriosis or fibroid history. It did not say why however. I will be checking back with my OBGYN about the usage of this product. Initially, he told me that this tea would not affect anything. I know that it is used to strengthen the uterus. I just want to be certain that the pains that I have been experiencing are normal for me and my condition. If you definitely don't have any previous uterine problems or history, it should be a go. But always check with your OBGYN if you have questions. On another note, It tastes great!I I was drinking it straight and it's not bad at all.

Mellow black tea taste with great health benefits
I love this tea so much! I stopped drinking it recently because I'm newly pregnant and I've read conflicting information about it causing miscarriages during the first trimester. I probably won't start drinking it again in the third trimester just to be safe. I really miss it right now though - it's such a lovely, soothing tea to have at night and great for calming cramps. I cover my mug with a small saucer and steep it for 5-10 mins and leave the tea bag in while I drink it. The nice thing about this tea is it never gets bitter if you steep it for a long time. I usually add some milk or almond milk (vanilla almond milk compliments it nicely too). Mmmm just curl up and relax with a nice cuppa :)

Smashed box but good product
The shipping was fast but the box came in very smashed up and unusable. The tea packets/bags inside were fine with no rips or tears so it was not that big of a deal. The flavor is more earthy with a slight sweet flavor but pretty good. I got this to help in my third trimester - we shall see!

The painful part of my labor lasted 3 hours - from ...
I drank this tea with 2 pregnancies, 2nd and 3rd trimester both times. Neither time was very faithfully - I hoped for a cup a day but maybe got 3 cups a week AT THE MOST. With my first, I didn't notice any changes when I drank it (that I can remember). The painful part of my labor lasted 3 hours - from shopping at the mall to holding my son. With my second, I did have some cramping when I drank it, but nothing seriously. That entire birth was under 2 hours long. I don't know if its genetic or if the tea helped speed things along. My uterus did shrink back well, according to my nurses both times.

Does the job!
I had read several articles and reviews with regards to this product. I was a little skeptical but decided to try it anyway. Flavor is good, but what really impressed me was the fact that it did what it was supposed to do. Two weeks after I started drinking the tea, I had my first period in 5 months. I will continue to drink the tea in hopes that it regulates my menstrual cycles. I highly recommend this tea to anyone having the same issues.

My all time favorite tea

When I was nearing the end of my pregnancy, my mother back home suggested that I start drinking organic raspberry leaf tea to help prepare for labor. She said it was something women in our family had always used — not as a magic potion, but as a gentle, natural way to get the body ready for childbirth. At first, I was a bit skeptical. I’d heard mixed things online — some people swear by it, while others say it doesn’t really do anything. But I trusted my mom’s advice and figured it couldn’t hurt to try something natural and soothing. I started drinking it around 34 weeks, just one cup a day. After a few days, I increased to two cups, and by 37–38 weeks, I was having about three cups a day. I used an organic brand (I chose Traditional Medicinals), and I’d usually steep it for about 10 minutes and sip it warm in the evening. The taste was surprisingly pleasant — kind of mild and earthy, not sweet but not bitter either. Sometimes I added a bit of honey or a slice of lemon for flavor. Within the first week, I started to feel gentle tightening in my belly — not painful, just light Braxton Hicks contractions. My midwife said that was normal and a sign my body was responding. As the weeks went on, I felt more “ready.” My energy was steady, I slept well, and overall, my third trimester felt smoother than I expected. When labor finally began, it progressed fairly steadily — my contractions were strong but manageable, and my midwife even commented that my uterus was “working efficiently.” Of course, I can’t say for sure the tea caused that, but I do feel it helped tone my uterus and maybe made my labor a bit more organized. My recovery afterward was quick too, and I continued drinking it for a couple of weeks postpartum to help my body heal.
