For me it works in 4 hours max and you don't get those painful cramps. It does what is says, give you a smooth move. Easy to digest and worth every penny. Better than taking magnesium because this tea does not give you diarrhea. It works well for me. I have been using this tea for a year now. Love it

I can't say enough about this product. Taste is not the worse just use 1 teaspoon of honey and you are good to go. For me it works in 4 hours max and you don't get those painful cramps.
