Defective product
I purchased the product. My child used it for two days and then it malfunctioned. I am waiting to hear from the company regarding free repair or replacement.

Good
The only reason why I'm rating 4 stars is that the box seems to be opened before they used double side tape to re-seal it but the bike don't seems to be used before but again I'm not 100% sure, otherwise works as expected. We have 3 of them.
