Price, performance and look are top notch
Great pedals that I fell in love with as soon as I stepped on. Light, wide body and very “sticky” to the foot. Super easy to install and look great. Can’t beat the price for the high quality.

Perfect Pedals!
Great product from a great brand! I was originally shopping pricier aluminum options, but having tried these I am absolutely sold on the composite material - they are absolutely rock-solid. The grippiest pedals I've ever ridden and perfect for my big ol' feets. These studs are no joke. Excellent quality in all aspects. The color pops and is perfectly matched with the images online. If I had to find a fault, I'd say the little "L" and "R" could be a little more legible. I could not be happier...!

Great Grip and Durability!
These PNW Components Range Composite Pedals are amazing! They have an awesome grip, thanks to the well-placed pins, and my feet stay locked in place even on rough trails. I also love that they’re lightweight but still feel super sturdy—perfect for all kinds of riding, whether it’s downhill, trail, or just cruising around. Installation was a breeze, and they’ve held up really well after several rides. The composite material feels tough, and I don’t have to worry about them getting beat up from rock strikes. For the price, you’re getting pedals that perform like high-end ones. I’m really impressed!

Really solid pedal choice! Grip AND adjustment!
I bought 2 used bikes recently, and neither came with pedals which gave me a perfect opportunity to try 2 different pedals on very similar platforms. Both bikes are steel hardtails from the same manufacturer, but they make use of slightly different geometry, and have pretty different component builds (one's a complete XT build, and the bike wearing these pedals is an NX/Magura build). I ride mostly aggressive XC trails with lots of roots and rocks which offers plenty of bouncing. I also ride flow and jump lines when I can so I've tried these pedals in quite a few different scenarios. The other bike I bought recently got a set of Deity Deftraps, so that's what I'm comparing here. The size, weight, and construction are similar enough between the PNW's and the Deitys, so what this ultimately comes down to is the feel, and overall, I like the PNWs more. The main difference is the fact that the Deftraps actually grip BETTER, which means when you put your foot on the pedal, it's staying there. This is great if your foot is in exactly the right place, but it's bad if you need to shift slightly. The PNW pedals still grip extremely well, but if I decide mid-trail that I want to shift my foot a 1/4", the pedals allow that. Sometimes I change my stance slightly if I'm climbing vs bombing vs bunnyhopping, and I enjoy having that freedom on the PNWs. If I'd only bought the Deftraps and didn't have the PNWs to compare them to, I'm sure I'd love them (and I do enjoy them quite a bit). I don't feel like I need to replace the Deftraps with a set of PNWs, just enjoy the PNWs slightly more.

Great Grip, Durability, and Style – Purple MTB Pedals Are a Solid Upgrade!
As a dedicated mountain biker, I’ve always believed in the importance of solid pedals for a secure ride, and these purple MTB pedals have truly exceeded my expectations. After using them for several weeks, I’m confident in saying they’re a fantastic upgrade to my bike. First off, the grip is exceptional. The wide platform provides a solid base for my feet, and the aggressive pins ensure that my shoes stay firmly in place, even on technical trails or during rough descents. I’ve never experienced slippage, and they give me that extra confidence when navigating through challenging terrain. Whether I'm riding uphill or bombing down a downhill section, my feet stay where they need to be, giving me better control over my bike. The durability of these pedals is impressive. The build quality is solid, and the materials feel rugged enough to withstand the harsh conditions of mountain biking. I've ridden in various weather conditions—muddy, wet, and dry—and these pedals have held up beautifully. The anodized finish still looks great, and I haven’t noticed any fading or wear, even after several rough rides. The sealed bearings are smooth, providing a consistent, friction-free experience, and they don't seem to gather dirt or debris like other pedals I’ve used in the past. Aesthetically, the purple color adds a unique touch to my bike. It’s vibrant and eye-catching without being too loud, making it the perfect pop of color while still maintaining a sleek, functional look. If you’re someone who likes to customize your bike with a bit of flair, these pedals are a great choice. In terms of installation, they’re easy to set up, and I didn’t need any special tools or expertise to get them on my bike. They’re also lightweight, which helps reduce the overall weight of your bike, making them great for those who are looking to keep things efficient without compromising on performance. Overall, these purple MTB pedals have been a game-changer for my riding experience. They offer fantastic grip, durability, and style, making them an excellent choice for both casual and serious mountain bikers. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality pedals that stand out in both performance and appearance, I highly recommend giving these a try!

Great Grip, High quality, but maybe buy black
I love PNW products, and these composite pedals fall right in line with my positive experiences. Let’s do some pros and cons. Pros: high quality and durability. I tend to strike my pedals at least once or twice a ride and these don’t even flinch. I can’t see any major scars on them. My feet feel more planted on these than my previous pedals. They are a nice design (wide enough without feeling cumbersome). Cons: only one…I bought them in seafoam to match my color scheme. I wish I’d have gone with black because the composite stains very easily. I don’t mind well-used equipment, but I wish I could clean it off after a ride. Not even magic erasers get the brown stains out, so I just deal with it.

I love these, the size is great and they are comfortable on long rides. Watch out for the bite on the shin or calf, they'll make you bleed.
