Damascus Kiritsuke Knife

This was bought for our newest member in the kitchen at my restaurant after she nailed down her training and really stepped up!! I love this seller sooo much and this is the fifth knife I have purchased from them. Everyone in my kitchen has a different one but I SWEAR by this seller! Sooo good.

I bought several different more pricey Japanese knives, and this was by far my favorite! It is so beautiful in person, comfortable to hold, and came extremely sharp! So far it has held up very well and I use it often. Definitely give this one a shot if you're looking for a quality Japanese knife.

I bought this knife for my husband for Christmas because I thought it was a nice Japanese chef knife. However, it is already rusting where the blade meets the handle even though my husband has took care of it every time he has used it.

Sadly this is the first knife I ever purchased where I immediately wanted to put it to the stone. I wanted to use this knife at work, but I just couldn’t. I love the handle and the weight though!
