I use this to up my vitamin c from a natural source. Easy to add to my smoothies. Tastes ok for me. Good value for money too as one would be hard pressed to get the actual fruit itself!

I really like this brand of Alma I used it as a mask after I shampooed my wavy/coily hair. My hair tangles at the ends sometimes when it is coming out of braids or wash and go hairstyles. I rinsed it out with lukewarm/cool water and I liked my results! My hair is strengthening up and made my hair manageable. This alma is Great value for my money. I would purchase this henna again.
