Update: Customer service reached out and was able to get me taken care of. A new block is on the way. Pretty disappointed as I have had a few salt blocks in the past and never had an issue. I went to heat this up for the first use, 225 for 30 minutes, turned to oven to 350 and about 10 minutes later the block is in crumbs in my oven. Would love to talk to the seller and have a replacement. (rating will be updated when I get a response)

Showed up broke in several pieces had to get a refund very sad that my husband had to go without a Christmas gift due to this

I purchased this as a gift for my son in law. He heated it up slowly in the oven like he was supposed to “cure” it. The next day he used it to grill some steaks and a large piece of one corner had exploded and left pieces of the salt all over the grill. Very disappointed in this product.

L’assiette de sel est arrivée, fendue en deux et un des coins sévèrement écorné. Comme le retour n’est pas possible car il s’agit d’alimentation…. Je l’ai préparé pour une première utilisation !!!!! Elle a carrément brisée en deux et s’est effritée sans que j’ai eu le plaisir d’une première cuisson. TROP CHER pour des résidus de pierre de sel
