Absolutely amazing, product arrived fast and in good condition. I used it today to prepare home made tteokbokki for the first time and the flavor is amazing, tastes just like the corean restaurants I like to frequent. Easy to use and just the right balance between sweet and spicy.

Really quite good. I have always purchased prefab Tteokbokki sauces. I had only used powder variety in the "instant cups". I figured I would give this a try because it seemed to take even less prep, and isnt something I need to store in fridge or worry about going bad. Sometimes I have a craving for steamed rice cakes, sometimes I have a craving for just this sauce. I am so glad I found this as it is a great addition to my pantry. It has that sweet and spicy flavor that is expected, and it is so easy to use. It is definitely spicy though! I'm going to try it in Rose Pasta, and will eventually try it in mayo. While I like the pastes and premade sauces, this powder form is really versatile, and the flavor is what I want so I am sure to buy it again. YUM!

This is so easy to use, even though the directions on the container are very vague. There are suggestions on the product information page here. Basically, they say use 2 Tbsp mix for about 7oz water for a sauce. This is a “suggestion”, and needs to be adjusted to your taste…too sweet? Too spicy? Use less mix. There are allergens in this, so do check ingredients. I used this TTeokbokki mix on rice cakes, and the dish was ready in just a couple minutes…directions on the rice cake package. Those were also bought here on Amazon but not available anymore I will use it on other things since this is a pretty big container.

The flavor is good, could be a little spicier and not as sweet, and I'd like it better, but overall I think it's pretty good.

Good flavor and good amount of seasoning in the container. I got this because it said gluten free, now I'm just intolerant of gluten, and I didn't have an issue with this but if you're Celiac, I would play it safe! But again depending on your level of intolerance, go for it! Good value for money. It's nice and spicy smelling and tasting!

I have progressed from the easy portable cups of rice cakes to actually buying packages of rice cakes and making my own sauce. This product is delicious and very easy to use not only on rice cake but with chicken and mix it with rice stirfry vegetables, very versatile.

This is good. But not gluten free! People with gluten sensitive beware

I was skeptical at first since I've tasted many mediocre to do-you-even-know-what-a-tteobokki-is. I was proven wrong. This powder is legit, and I can add red pepper paste or powder if I want to add a kick. The fact that it is powder is so convenient as well, since I don't have to refrigerate it. I'll be getting another one as soon as I finish the current one!
