Very sturdy, easy to assemble
Bought this for my mom. Easy to assemble and was surprised at how durable it is and has maintained to hold up well for a couple of years now.

does it’s job!
I ordered this to replace another cheapo shoe rack. It does it’s job! The assembly was fine, although not super easy. It’s really simplistic looking- nothing fancy at all, which is fine because I cared more about functionality. The taller spaces are convenient for taller boots so you don’t have to cram them in a narrow space to fit on the rack. The little hooks on the side are also a nice feature and you can hang small things from them, like an umbrella or keys. It holds a decent amount of shoes as well. It’s just me and my boyfriend living in our home, so the two of us are able to get a good amount of both our shoes on it and out of the way, although his shoes are bigger and take up more space than mine. I can easily fit two pairs of shoes in each slot, side by side, but two pairs of his side by side are a bit crammed together and sometimes don’t fit perfectly depending on the style of shoe. Haven’t had any issues with it tipping or being wobbly. Overall I’m happy with it and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid, functional shoe rack.

OK considering the price point
The media could not be loaded. Measure your space first. I like that it fits the space we intended to put it in.Holds a lot of shoes. Our entryway looks so much better! I really like that it has extra space for medium-sized boots.I added white drawer liners so that dirt from shoes won't fall through the cracks onto shoes before. (Drawer liners are NOT included).Fairly simple to put together, but it's best to pay close attention to the instructions. Extra pieces are included in case there are missing pieces. Take your time with putting it together. However, despite that I thought that I hammered in all metal rods into the plastic, the shelf appears slightly crooked. After ensuring I went over all parts with an included wooden mallet, I "fixed" it by putting a doormat under one side of the rack so that it is more stable. The included wooden mallet fell apart while I was using it. I finished the job with a rubber mallet, but was extra careful when I tapped the rods into place. I didn't want to crack the plastic.Overall, it works fairly well. I'm not sure if I would purchase it twice due to the fact that it is hard to ensure that all pieces are hammered in all the way. It's OK.

Great deal, unique design
While this comes as a lot of pieces, it is definitely easy enough to assemble. Do pay attention to the labels on the different size rods; since everything can fit together you may rush only to find you assumed you had it right because it looked right. I did this with one piece and made sure not to do it again. They even included a baby wooden mallet, which is strong enough for this job and very helpful if you don’t have one. I believe they included gloves as well, but I didn’t need them. This is extremely well-priced and provides an atypical layout, which makes it more useful and more interesting than most options. I like the two taller spaces for boots, or bags (as I am currently using it).One drawback might be sturdiness. It’s not a solid piece so of course it can feel a tad shaky. But it’s totally good enough for shoes & bags — just don’t throw your shoes at it and it should be more than adequate. Again, at this price, I have no complaints. Best I’ve seen, and I looked a LOT!

PROS AND CONS- would buy again!
My partner and I moved into an apartment with very limited space, and we had to choose between having a wobbly shoe rack with a weird coat-and-junk chair next to it, or a combo shoe and coat rack. This product is perfect and ticked all our boxes.Pros:-very lightweight and simplistic in design-lots of different shelves for different shoes/items to be stored-shelves hold longer/larger items well without jutting out into the walkway/hallway-hooks on the sides are sturdy and out of the way of arms/clothes-not too tall or too short; perfect height-the black is a wonderful color and goes with any aesthetic/color scheme in the home-one person would be able to put this together with some mild frustration, but it made it a lot easier to have another set of hands on deck (plus, it’s nothing like ikea furniture so your marriage should be safe in a teamwork setting)Cons:-the directions were rather confusing at times. Very few words on the pages and the majority of the construction process was described in pictures that made it hard to understand dimensions/process-the plastic sleeves for the top of the rack are flimsy-ish and really don’t add anything beyond frustration because you have to put them on before the end blocks, but it’s virtually impossible to put the end blocks on with the sleeves on. We took them off and I honestly prefer it.-the gloves provided don’t do a damn thing. The material of the poles is slippery and the gloves are so small and don’t provide any grip. That being said, we had blisters after we decided to put it together without the gloves, so maybe use a rubber jar opener or some sort of grippy tool to help you get the poles in completely.-the pole ends are RAW CUT and VERY SHARP METAL. We almost got stabbed/cut a few times, but sometimes we needed to apply pressure to the end of the pole to get it in fully, so we used a towel or something else to protect it. However, you can’t apply too much pressure as the metal can be bent with too much pressure.-while sturdy, the shelving cannot take too much weight. I’ve set a full backpack on a shelf and it held, but leaning on the shelving to tie a shoe or something can cause the poles to come out of place if you’re not careful. All in all, I love this product and would purchase again, just be sure to have a better way to grip the poles than the gloves provided and go over the instructions thoroughly before jumping into it. We actually had extra pieces after counting to make sure everything was there, so that can be a plus or a negative depending on how you feel about that.
