Comfortable
Great product for knee scooter. Takes the pain away when you’re stuck riding one for two months.

Eliminates pain from a firm knee pad on knee scooter
I purchased a KneeRover scooter for kids/small adults due to a broken ankle. My boot has an air pump button right on the front so it digs into my leg when I place my knee on the knee scooter pad. The knee pad of the scooter is firm and doesn’t have a lot of give to it. So I purchased this sheepskin knee pad cover hoping it would fit and be cushy enough to eliminate the pain of the air pump button digging into my leg. It works great!! Fits the knee pad (would fit any knee scooter I think), doesn’t slide around, and most importantly it is cushy and comfortable!!

Served the purpose
I had to use a knee scooter for 6 weeks, and within 2 days my knee and shin hurt from the lack of padding. I tried using a pillow but it was hard to find a good size or get it to stay put. I tried a folded towel but that was not cushy enough. This pad has just the right amount of memory foam to cushion my knee and shin so they stopped hurting. The fluffy fabric is really not necessary, because it sheds and eventually mats, but the memory foam kept doing its job, and that was the important part for me.

Love it
I've been using my knee over scooter for 3 weeks and I absolutely love this sheepskin cover. When I'm zooming around it keeps my supported knee really comfortable. Mine went on easy and has stayed on perfectly.

KneeRover
I am so thankful that I had this scooter. I was non-weight bearing after foot surgery for 10 weeks and I could not have managed without this scooter. Very durable, loved the purple color. I bought a cover for the pad so that my knee was more comfortable. I never spent more than 30 minutes at a time on it as my knee would ache a bit but that is not a function of the quality of the scooter. Very easy to clean the wheels with wet paper towels if I had to go out. The basket on the front was very handy. Did not make marks on my wood or tile floors. Mobility is the key thing with this scooter.

This knee pad does not securely attach to Knee Rover and is dangerous!
When I bought my Knee Rover, I bought an additional memory foam cover, which I love. However, your knee can get sore if you use the scooter a lot like I do. So, when I saw this knee cover, I thought great--additional padding! WRONG! Be aware that there is very thick padding, but the cover does not fit tight to the seat. So when you put your knee on the seat, the cover moves side to side. I tried it once and almost slipped off the scooter. Also, it looks so soft and comfortable--WRONG! The actual padding is pretty hard--not comfortable at all. I would recommend just the Knee Rover memory foam cover. I would rather have a sore knee than risk my safety with this cover.

Impossible to get dry!
I had major foot surgery this summer which requires me to be totally non weight bearing for 8 weeks with just progressive weight bearing for a few weeks after that. I bought a KneeRover KneeCycle to get me through this period. I've had both knees replaced in the past, so I also bought this pad/cover to make it more comfortable for my metal knee. The first 6 weeks of using the pad were ok. It does somewhat defeat the contour of the knee pad so you don't have a nice of a groove to put your leg in, but that just requires paying attention to how you are placing your leg of the scooter. Once your leg is in position, the foam of this pad collapses to fit the contour and your leg stays in place, at least mine does. But after 6 summer weeks, the cover was getting a bit grimy. Two days ago I hand washed it as directed and squeezed it to get as much of the water out as possible before air drying it on our drying rack. 24 hours later the cover was still wet, not damp, but WET. I put it in the dryer on low for 2 hours total, then placed it back on the rack overnight. I thought it was dry this morning, but on using it both my leg and the scooter's knee pad were wet within a couple of minutes. Back in the dryer for another hour. Still getting enough water out to soak the knee of my pants after that. It's in the dryer for yet another hour now. After suffering through a couple of errands without that additional padding for my metal knee, I am very unhappy with how impossible this has been to get dry. BTW, it can get quite humid where we live, but the indoor humidity is only 50% right now so there is no environmental reason for this not to dry.

I have been using this knee pad for about two weeks and it’s on its way out already. It’s certainly doesn’t hold the memory foam memory & can’t see it lasting much more than another two weeks. Waste of money would not recommend.

Have really appreciated this sheepskin seat cover for the knee rover. I had a previous injury with a new scar on my shin and found it a little touchy against the vinyl seat of the knee rover. This adds about an inch of height, no shearing, is memory foam and quite comfortable. Just remember to adjust your knee rover height or wear a bigger heel on good leg or your hips will be uneven from initial set-up.
