If you want something amazing, these headphones are not for you.But if you need something satisfactory, reliable, and cheap, these are great.PROS:Battery life is better than expected.Switching is easy between Bluetooth calls on my phone to Zoom calls via USB dongle on my PC.These are great for the office.Music sounds decent and satisfactory.Voice calls arepleasantly clear!Mic works great! I love that it's retractable.Lightweight and comfortable.CONS:No ANC - Active Noise Cancelling.Ambient noise definitely gets through the sound insulation.They block less sound than putting your hands over your ears. But surprisingly the clearness of the speakers is makes up for this.Build quality is cheap, but durable. No complaints.Basically, these are a pretty good low budget headset.

Very comfortable, with excellent sound quality and very long battery life. I especially like the retractable boom mic. Overall a great product for the price.

I have changed the star to a 5 Evan though I'm not 100% satisfied with the product because of the costumer service.The seller will stay in contact with you and not leave you out to dry as some others that I have had dealings with.***I like the wheel volume control, and the headset does muffle the sound of the tractor to protect the ears and allow the music to be comfortably heard, and I do like how the mic is easily pulled out for use in a call, however, the noise canceling system is not capable of cancelling out the outside noises when on a call. I have to stop and turn off the equipment in order to be understood on the other end. The other thing I'm not as happy with as I was with my Picon headset is that there is no base vibration with the music. With that headset you could literally feel the music. I may consider returning the product since I'm not 100% satisfied.

Comfortability:These headphones are incredibly comfortable and give me plenty of space to not feel like my ears are being squished. The size is perfect and would be great for all-day comfort.Design:The design is simple and easy to understand. Has a power button, volume control, an easy-to-find charging port, and audio jack.Ease of use:Very easy to either plug in with an audio jack or via Bluetooth which wasn't difficult at all to set up. It was also very easy to use the dongle that is provided as well if your computer or device doesn't have Bluetooth. I like that they can be used while they are being charged.Quality:Incredible sound quality. Unlike any other headphones, I have used. A perfect balance of bass while still being clear to hear the rest of the music I listen to. Noise cancellation is fantastic.Overall:These headphones come highly recommended for me. They are most definitely worth their price.

This is my second unit that I got for the office as we are now returning to the offices. It works great for online meetings at home but too big to take it to work, so I want to have it at both home and office as microphone on the computer is flaky. The headphones mike is very good. The unit many options for connecting and works smoothly with the computer bluetooth. The dynamic range is endless both lows and highs. So, for a reasonable price it comes loaded and with performance of a much pricier unit. It appears well built, pleasant materials and goes over my ears.

Terrible microphone quality. You would be better off having your phone on speaker mode. The headphones at 100% are more quite than my $35 headset that I was replacing. Mic is worse too. Headband feels cheap as well... would not recommend this product for the price that they want.

My headphones arrived right on time and in great condition. It was easy to set up and start using right away. The Bluetooth is easy to apply and makes it hands-free/wire-free and convenient. Good product for the price.

I have had these headphones for 2 months. They started out working great, But over the last couple of weeks they have started to fail. I teach an online class and for 2 weeks in a row, about 30 minutes into my 90 min class either the microphone has stopped working, but the ear pieces still worked or tonight, the Ear Piece stopped working, but the Mic stopped. Both times I had to shut them down, unpair and re-pair them to get them working again. It was very disruptive to the class. I have found them to be disappointing and unreliable and would return them, but it is past their 30 day return window.
