My favorite quick and spicy lunch
I keep these in my pantry for days when I need a fast meal with a lot of flavor. The spice level is intense but addictive, and the Sichuan beef flavor is spot on. They are super easy to prepare and much more satisfying than regular instant noodles. If you enjoy hot and spicy Asian noodles, you won't be disappointed with these!

My favorite spicy pork noodle bowl!
This is legitimately my favorite ramen bowl in the world. Yes there are better quality bowls, but the spice and the price on these is amazing. In terms of pork flavored ramen bowls, nothing compares to this. This is an absolute treat as far as I am concerned, and it is worth giving a shot at least once. Highly recommended!

Nummy! but a bit too $$$
Good amount of heat, also a good portion size, I like the texture, its also easy. however it is just too expensive to buy on the regular I have to wait to buy it for it to go on sale. I wont pretend this is super high quality because its not, but it is yummy in my tummy!

Tastes kinda like a weird orange chicken dish.
I'm not sure why anyone's out there saying the molten chicken doesn't have flavor. It's probably one of the loudest I've had from a cup of noodles. That said, that's not a very good thing for me. It kinda tastes like a weird take on orange chicken. Way too fruit forward for my liking. I will say it tastes pretty good after balancing it out with a healthy spoonful of chili flakes and some Chinese black vinegar, like actually really decent to the point I'll 4-star it since it's quite easy and cheap to complement and doctor up well. As for heat, it's a touch less spicy for me than the volcanic Mongolian beef variety. I'm no chili head but I've been around the block, and it's an appreciable heat. Nothing debilitating, though.

Good but high sodium
Yummy but a lot of sodium. I usually use half of the noodles and half of the powder.

Quick, Flavorful, and Packs a Spicy Punch
I recently tried the Nissin Hot & Spicy Chicken Flavor Ramen, and I have to say—it really impressed me! This ramen is perfect for anyone who enjoys bold flavors and a solid spicy kick. Here’s my breakdown: The broth is rich, bold, and really spicy—not overwhelmingly hot, but enough to clear your sinuses a bit! The chili sauce packet adds a deeper layer of flavor. You can adjust how spicy it gets depending on how much you use. The noodles are medium-thick, not flat or too skinny, and they cook up nicely. They’re chewy with a satisfying bite—not soggy or overcooked when made correctly. Ready in just 3 minutes using hot water or a microwave. Super convenient when you’re in a rush or need a quick lunch or snack. Like most instant noodles, the sodium is pretty high—around 1,180 to 1,500 mg per serving. That’s more than half the daily recommended intake. I wouldn’t eat it daily, but as an occasional treat, it’s totally worth it. Contains enriched wheat noodles, chicken flavoring, garlic, onion, spices, MSG, and a separate chili sauce packet. Check the label if you have allergies to soy, wheat, or eggs. This is one of the better instant ramens out there. Flavorful, filling, and actually spicy—not bland like some others. Great quality for the price, and I’ll definitely be buying it again!

Very happy with noodle bowl and so will you.
Fast delivery and the product is better than I thought. It is as spicy as advertised if you add the entire spicy flavoring packet.

It's okay, but the fire sauce is skunkier smelling than an old bottle of European beer.
On the good side, it's an ample serving of ramen that will satisfy almost any hunger. On the bad side, the packet of fire sauce is absolutely terrible. It has an awful taste and smells like it was extracted from a skunk. I guess that's what makes it "Mongolian", I dunno. It's a decent dish with just the veggie and spice packets...but throw away that fire sauce! The veggie packet is pretty good and has red peppers that add enough fire on their own. Although one bowl came without the veggie packet, which was disappointing.
