I have struggled with low enzymes for about 20 years. I've tried so many brands so I know what's out there and how well they work. I usually take Garden of Life enzymes and they do an okay job of helping you digest your food, but they are nothing compared to Intoleran! Intoleran is powerful! They are expensive but to me they are worth it. I only need one at dinner, usually I take up to 3 of the other brands. This brand is also more food specific, if you know what you struggle to digest, you can tailor the type of enzyme to your needs. And if anyone out there reading this has CSID and can't afford Sucraid, you can talk to your Dr. about this brand! I'm so thankful to be able to pay $49 a month for enzymes instead of 5K for Sucraid!

This product has definitely helped me to digest fructose and certain carbs which had previously caused me to experience bloating and gastrointestinal distress. For me, this product is definitely worthwhile.

Miracle that is really the best review. So about 8 years ago I had some major health issues with a birth control implant and had to get a hysterectomy and the metal from that implant caused my body to go haywire and I could no longer eat certain foods. But of course it took me a long time to find out what made me sick. Garlic and Onion and all the powders were the main culprit, but some spices as well. I swell up in my belly like I have a beach ball under my shirt. I get super sick with throwing up and have to sit on the toilet and my whole day is ruined. Lately I been getting sick on pretty much anything I eat, and I one day asked Chatgbt for help and it suggested Intoleran. I bought a box of it and took 1 pill that day it immediately started to improve my swollen belly and I started feeling better. I was taking them daily and so wish I could still take them daily but it gets expensive. So the best thing, I tried this just for the sake of my poor boyfriend who loves food, anyway, I called the company and told them my biggest issue and they said to take 3 of them, if I know I am going to eat garlic or onion, so I did and I went to dinner with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed some really nice food and I didn't get sick. Thank you for this product, for giving me some enjoyment on food again. :)

Very expensive! Don’t work that well I still have gas and bloating when eating onions, gluten.

These, along with Starchway, help me tremendously in not getting the horrible bloating, pain and diarrhea associated with eating about all foods. It’s not 100% allthe time but it sure works better than any other enzymes I have found OTC and even better than a Rx drug (Creon) that I was put on by my doctor years ago.

On a special diet but to much money for me.

I love how I feel after only a week! This stuff is amazing!
