Very good grinder
Very impressed with this grinder. I’ve ground up two deer and breakfast sausage and ground meat. Very happy with it. Never bogged down as much as I tried. The opening for #8 is smaller than the #12 I had but it worked very good. Not loud either. Very impressed how quiet it is. It was easy to clean after using it. There is also a drawer where all the parts fit in for safe keeping.

A quality meat grinder that’s worth the price.
Why should you buy this? Or any meat grinder for that matter? I got it because I want to know what’s in my ground meat. I also bought some Brisket/Chuck pre made burger patties at my local supermarket and I thought “Wow, these are really good”. But I really didn’t want to pay that much for a better quality meat all the time. My family eats a lot of hamburger, and brisket per pound is cheaper than ground beef. I just keep my eyes open for sales. Now you know why I wanted a meat grinder, why chose this one? LEM products have a good reputation for quality. And this grinder proves that reputation is well earned. The unit is well made and I think it’s pretty quiet for what it is. I guessing about the same as my kitchen aid mixer. It is heavy. I placed it on a rolling cart and that is where it stays. I think it would be inconvenient to carry around and place on the table or counter for use every time for most people. When I use this meat grinder it chews up partly frozen chunks of beef or pork just as fast as I can feed it in and I’ve not noticed the motor struggling at all doing it. I ground a 20lb Angus brisket that I cut up in to 2”-3” pieces and placed in the freezer for 45 minutes before grinding it in less than 5 minutes using the bigger plate and It easily could have done it faster. A second grind using the smaller plate does take a little longer as I had to use the stomper to push the meat into the auger. Even so start to finish it was less than 20 minutes. Assembly and clean up is really easy. Just wash in hot soapy water. It is dishwasher safe. (Not the motor, of course) I expect this meat grinder will last for decades if it’s cared for and used how I use it. (6-8 times a year.)

It’s a beast !
This is a fantastic grinder. It’s been a joy to use. I make my own raw dog food blend of 5-8 different meat blended with raw vegetables and it makes it fast and easy. I also grind small bones (beef, lamb, chicken) and this handles them with no problem. I’ve had it for 6 months with no problems. ‘ It’s easy to clean, disassembles quickly. There are no plastic parts to wear out and the stainless is good quality. I’ve run it continuously for 20 minutes with minimal heat build up. It is large and, if you’re petite, it’s heavy if you’re lifting it but can be managed with a little extra ‘muscle’. I store mine covered, in the corner of my counter under the overhang of a cabinet because I don’t always have any ‘extra muscle’ around when I need it. <:>) I think this big boy can handle most meat processing jobs you might have and it also comes with a sausage making attachment if you want to try that. I like this machine. Glad I spent the extra money and didn’t go with something cheaper.

Absolute beast
I would recommend this lem big bite #32 to anyone that packages they’re own meat/ makes they’re own pet food! It worked amazing and is super fast for making your own hamburger, but I also make my own pet food which could be pretty hard on a meat grinder! This thing will chew up chicken bones as fast as you can throw them in there like it’s nothing. Keep noted that I make tons of dog food at once to store away. It really didn’t have any time to rest while I was doing it and still it didn’t get hot or even sound like it was wearing on the motor. Cleaning was easy as well for the most part. It’s never fun cleaning up stuff like this, but for all the money you save by packaging your own meat I would say it’s worth it. It’s also very well made. Everything seams sturdy and works as advertised and then some! I didn’t expect it to eat up bones so easy! It is pretty expensive but in the long run it will save me tons of money by packaging meat myself. It’s crazy how expensive processed food is compared to buying in bulk and doing it on your own!

BEAST!
This thing is heavy, but it is surprisingly easy to maneuver and carry. I store it in my pantry on a steel shelf. It requires a shelf 24" high and dwarfs my other appliances, including dehydrator and toaster oven. Today, I ground 100# of meat. Preparing the meat to fit into the hopper takes much longer than the actual grinding. If it fits down the chute, the beast handles it just great. No clogs, no slow down, no uneven grind. It ground up chicken leg and thigh bones like they were butter. I preserved beef bottom round and chicken quarters. They were mostly thawed in the refrigerator, having removed them from the freezer days earlier. Initially, I put the blade on backward, and I managed to jam the retaining ring so I was unable to get it off to fix it. My husband had to come and rig up some kind of thing in the shop to loosen it so I could start over. Fortunately, the machine stalled, and no damage was done. Putting it together is simple once you've done it. A little instruction would help. The diagram is nice but not clear enough to really prevent missteps such as the one I made. The you-tube video made it clear, but that was after the fact, in my case. It disassembled easily, and cleaned up nicely. I put a little food grade mineral oil on it and put it back into the pantry until next time. I'm using it for RAW diet dog food, but plan to use it for venison next Fall. Awesome machine. Extremely well made. Very quiet. I also bought the foot pedal, and I am so glad I did. I would have made a greasy mess trying to shut it off again and again. I got a real bargain on it from Amazon ($399.99) for the #22 Big Bite! WOW!!!!

I have to see it is really annoying! I spent about £412.4 to buy a lem mightybite grinder in August 2025 and hoped to use it with a peaceful mind for a reylong period of time. We used it a couple of times every week with a medium load. For a heavy duty grinder, it should be fine. However, only about 4 months later, the machine stopped working. Completely! Now it is just like a piece of heavy metal in the box! Of course the machine is not cheap! More importantly it is affecting our work in the kitchen. Very soon I contacted the seller FarOutPro for help on 4th January this year. The initial response from FarOutOro is that their management team is considering my case and asked me to wait for some time. I thought it is ok at least they are considering. Then they said I should contact the manufacturer directly for replacement. Then I found out the manufacturer is in America but I am in the UK. Then I told FarOutPro the situation and asked whether they could help me to get the replacement on my behalf on 15th January. About 2 weeks past there is no any more response from the seller. Firstly I am very disappointed about the quality of this £400 plus machine! Secondly I am very disappointed about the after sale service of the seller FarOutPro! They have plenty of machines in stock but chose not to help their customer with an urgent replacement. We haven’t had a proper grinder in our kitchen for about a month! I try to be patient but have to write this review. I didn’t want to rate this machine and the seller’s service at this moment. I wait for the replacement and how the new machine performs. However, amazon system gives me no choice but to choose a rating. Thank you very much for spending time to read this feedback.

lo usaba para alimento barf de mi perro, si tritura huesos pero cabe mencionar que no le metí huesos de pollo muy grandes. pero si me funcionó para muslos, alas, y sobre todo para pechuga con hueso que son mas frágiles que los de muslo.

I’m writing this review after two years of using this meat grinder. Before buying, I did a lot of research, and in the end I decided to pay a bit more for this one—and I’m really glad I did. I’m usually pretty strict when it comes to giving ratings, but after two years, I truly believe this meat grinder deserves five stars. The quality feels premium. The body and parts are very well made, and the motor is powerful and surprisingly quiet. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I use it for grinding lamb, beef, and chicken, and it works great. If you’re looking for a meat grinder that can last for years, don’t hesitate to buy it.
