Love these elderberry gummies! They are pleasantly tasty making it easy take daily. Hopefully these are keeping my immune system boosted. The size and texture are perfect. The 2 pack seems to be a good value for the money.

Several years ago my aunt recommended Sambucol syrup to shorten the duration and intensity of colds and flu, and it really does work for this! I was glad when the company introduced these gummies, as the syrup is very sweet. Since I have an autoimmune disease, I get sick easily in the fall/winter, so I decided this year to take the gummies daily to help boost my immunity. This is the first time in 10 years that I have not been sick during Thanksgiving week! I usually come down with a cold or flu that quickly progresses to bronchitis, leaving me sick for 2-3 months of the year. The other change I made this year was not getting a flu shot, as it seems to weaken my immunity and cause me to catch something else. In fact, I have not had a cold, flu, or any illness since starting these gummies at the end of August. A bad cold virus was going around my office in October, so I doubled up and was taking 2 of these daily for a week, and managed to avoid catching it. These little gems have really been a miracle worker for me! I did knock down my rating to 4 stars because the taste is not the same as the syrup. The gummies have a strong medicinal flavor, almost like a cleaning product. This faded after the bottles were opened for a week or so. Additionally, as others have noted the count per bottle is wildly inaccurate. One bottle had 26 gummies and the other had 32 - falling 2 short of the full 60 that I should have received. They're too pricey to have that much inaccuracy in the count, but I'll continue to take them through winter, and maybe all year long!

Get these, keep these. They are highly important for keeping healthy. These gummies are not only delicious but help keep up your immune system. I learned about this brand from an ER nurse who said to use these along with vitamin D to help keep colds and flu at bay. I haven't had a cold in over 7 years.
