Great for left overs or open packages of cheese/meats. Washes in dishwasher. Pliable but sturdy.

Je peux rechauffer des aliments dans la bouilloire en toute sécurité. Je recommande ces sacs en silicone.

I've never used these in the microwave so can't speak to that but these are great options for storing food in the fridge or in the freezer. We're getting away from disposable zipper-like plastic bags because the planet and my pocketbook think it's a good idea. To zip it close, start at one end and run your fingers to the other end. To unzip it, open from the center of the bag. Mine go in my dishwasher in the lower rack between spokes or spindles or whatever you call it so that it's open (does that make sense) and they come out squeaky clean. I bought a rack on this site where I can air dry them. We have quite a few in different sizes and it was probably one of the better investments I've ever made.
