I decided I was ready to relearn the flute after a 20 year hiatus and had been trolling through local ads looking for a gently used one. Found this one in about a 15 minute search. Ordered it and had it within a few days. It's pink, has a good tone, and absolutely feels like it's mine. So pleased with the quality and accessories, including cleaning tool, cleaning cloth, joint lube, and screwdriver. Also came with white gloves which delighted me and brings me great joy.

I used to play flute is school and wanted to kind of play around with it again. So, I looked and found this and was really surprised by the quality. I am not a professional and I do not have the funds to buy top notch instruments. I am very happy to have found this, and now my 12-year-old daughter plays sometimes. It also came with gloves, a rag and a stick for cleaning. It also came with some oil so the flute will slide together more easily. I am a very happy customer.

Just no. I don’t think it has a cork in it. The cork is necessary for resonance. I would have had to redo all the pads to keep it, it wouldn’t play any midrange notes when I got it.

My daughter loves it and now does band in school with it!

Product was 1 star. The rods were not long enough to tune properly and despite repair efforts, the sound coming out was too airy and not correct. First thing to know if you want to return this is that apparently you have to reach out to Amazon and then Amazon connects you to the seller. Apparently this is how it works for 3rd party sellers 🤷 but I was not able to contact the seller directly or request a refund in the usual way - which was a hassle to figure out. Just because of that hassle, 2 stars to contact them. However, once Amazon connected me to the seller they were very prompt in their response. They attempted to provide some trouble shooting techniques. And when those didn't work they promptly offered the requested refund with no hesitation. They also said they'd submit a not to their manufacturer - I guess future buyers will know if they did. But 5 stars for customer service and resolving the issue promptly and seamlessly. So obviously the 3 stars is a combination of product vs customer service.

I received the 1st of 2 flutes and after testing immediately sent back the same day as the low C# and low C did not play. I received a 2nd flute a few days later but unfortunately this flute also didn't play from G second line on staff down chromatic to low C. The flutes both looked beautiful see photos, and I was hoping they would play as I wanted to use in my blues band. I've been playing flute over 50 years and was looking forward to ordering for my music store and students. I spent a lot of time packing, shipping 2 instruments which did not work properly. The positive outcome, I received a refund and customer service was good. I hope in the future this company will have someone test before shipping.
