I would like to start off with how long the last three (3) car covers lasted from other sellers...9 mos. to less than a year!! Terrible! The second one I bought lasted 10 mos. and started to shred all on it's own. The seller did replace it and I always write a date on the underside of the cover and the replacement lasted 11 mos. That company is now OUT OF BUSINESS...and I can see why. This cover from Molebt is a different material so I thought I would go w/that and give it a chance. I only gave 4 stars because I just got it Nov. 10, '22 and don't know how long it will last. I will update this review month's from now and that's why I put the "headline" as "TIME WILL TELL". My car sits outside full time w/no garage. As for the "lightweight" goes I gave it 5 stars because it is very lightweight. This makes for ease of handling and light but it could be a two-edged sword as the lightness of it may make it not so durable..."time will tell". I love the colors as they are kind of 'flashy' and I almost didn't order it because I thought the black color might absorb the summer sun and heat up the interior of the car BUT when I got it I discovered that the underside of it which faces the car is silver, and I'm assuming it reflects the heat of the sun, thus keeping the heat out. My car is a SL500 Mercedes and when I first put the cover on I got to the back and I thought "OH NO...it's too small and I'll have to return it", so I went back to the front and pulled it up a little to just below the grill and went back to the back and it fit PERFECT! Not too tight, but not loose either. The pics show how perfect it fits. Those of you w/any MBZ SL-500-550-65, or the equivalent it will fit snug. I got the 164-175" cover and almost went the next size up, but glad I didn't. So, bottom line, I'm very happy w/my purchase so far, BUT my big concern is how long it lasts!! I will try to remember to update this review in time.

I REALLY LIKE this car cover. It does fantastic in the rain and wind. After an intense rain storm the cover did not stick to the paint, nor did it blow off. The reflective parts are in helpful locations, it’s thick and the zipper door part has an extra flap of fabric so the zipper never touches the car or its paint! It was easy to put on even for a person with arthritic hands and fit better than the ~$500 one I had before. The carrying bag is ok, similar to a cheap reusable cloth like grocery bag, but that doesn’t matter to me, it’s the cover itself that does. We needed it to fit a 1993 BMW E34 M5. That has been a very difficult to find size. A custom cover was going to be over a grand, the BMW place I inquired at wanted to sell me one that “might almost fit” for ~$1,500 and then $50 to ship it. (WTF?! For that much it not only better actually fit, but should also include “free” shipping. The ~$500 “outdoors & weather rated” one I bought that was also for direct sun was on the car in shaded spot for 2 years and it’s literally disintegrating. I had to throw it away. I can tell this one is going to last a decade easy! I am so very impressed. I gave it all stars because it almost fits like a custom cover, is the quality I would have expected from the custom car cover place for over $1,500, but at under a $100 cost! For the price I paid I was expecting it to be like my $500ish one. I expected to repurchase this cover every 2 years. My mind is BLOWN that I wont have to. This looks so good on my car too. My neighbor who has 2, 2 year old Tesla’s and one of those James Bond cars, asked me where I got it and remarked that it looked great in my driveway. When he saw the quality he almost didn’t believe the price I paid. (I gave him the Amazon Link for it.) I am happy, my neighbors are happy and so is my spouse, whose car it covers. I am relieved they sold such an amazing quality car cover for a shockingly affordable price. I would buy it again, but with such high quality, I won’t have to.

Would not recommend this product at all? It is almost like a vinyl air raft that you have to pull apart, which takes about 30 minutes because it stuck together just poor material thought I was getting a cloth one miss understood what they said, I guess my fault, but I would not recommend this to anyone very thin.

Fits ok but not perfect. Not sure it’s waterproof because my car is still leaking.

Great price good looking cover of a different type. It does not leak rain but it does "sweat" Material seems light but is tough and easy to handle. Take off after rains so car can dry from condensation. Good piece
