Very sturdy. Was scared of it not being able to be programmed but it all worked out great. The lock and unlock work excellent. It was cheaper than paying 400$. They were gonna charge 180 for just the key and to program it was over 200$. Would recommend for someone who’s looking for a spare key. The only sorta issue I have with it is pulling it out of the ignition. It kinda gets a little stuck.

Fob & key worked perfectly
Had a locksmith cut the blade to match my existing 2015 Ford Fusion flip key, then I programmed the fob using the info on the website provided by the seller. After that, the fob and key worked perfectly to unlock/lock the doors and to start the car.

Battery? Is there even one in there? How do I change it ?
None of the buttons work on it. Is there even a battery in it? If so how do I put the battery in there… I don’t want to damage it trying to open it up. It’s cheap and better than having to pay the dealership for a new key. You do have to get it cut to fit but looks and feels fine.

I actually bought this for my baby since he loves to play/chew on car keys and I figured getting him own set that I can frequently wash could be a good idea. We took the button battery out for safety, attached it to a keychain similar to mine, and voila! If we ever need a replacement key for our car, we'll definitely look here.
